Manufacturing Defects: We stand behind our engineering. Verified manufacturing defects are covered via free replacement parts to ensure your lift performs as designed.
Shipping & Receipt: Please inspect your lift upon delivery. Claims for shipping damage or missing components must be reported at the time of receipt.
Installation & Safety: Optimized Garage is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation. All 4-post and 2-post lifts must be permanently anchored to a concrete slab (4-6" 3,000 PSI recommended) before supporting any vehicle weight. Caster kits are for empty lift positioning only and must be removed prior to vehicle loading.
Final Sale Policy: Due to the specialized industrial nature and high freight costs of these units, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, but we provide full technical support to resolve any issues.
Freight & Delivery Expectations
Terminal Pickup Recommended: To ensure the safest and most cost-effective delivery, we strongly recommend picking up your lift at a local freight terminal.
Residential Delivery Strongly Discouraged: Home delivery is strongly discouraged and carries significant logistical risks. Residential streets often cannot accommodate 53-foot freight trailers, which may result in failed delivery and immediate redelivery fees.
Strict Offloading Requirement: Freight drivers will not assist with offloading. If you insist on home delivery, you must have a forklift or tractor with forks on-site at the time of arrival. Using a liftgate is often impossible due to the length of the lift crates.
Forklift Required: If a residential or commercial delivery is requested, the customer must have a forklift or tractor with forks on-site. Drivers cannot offload this equipment.
Access & Delivery Fees: Locations must be accessible by a 53-foot semi-truck. The customer is solely responsible for any additional charges resulting from redelivery fees, residential mishaps, or specialized equipment needs.
Quote Validity: Due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, freight quotes are valid for 7 days.
