2. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

Optimized Garage is an authorized distributor of King Vehicle Lifts. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our technical specifications and imagery, minor manufacturer updates may occur. All lifting capacities (e.g., 8,800 lbs, 10,000 lbs) are rated by the manufacturer and must be adhered to for safety.

3. QUOTATION & SALES PROCESS

Request for Quote: Pricing listed on the site is for the equipment only. Final totals, including freight and applicable taxes, are provided via a custom quote.

Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled and shipped in coordination with King Vehicle Lifts.

Shipping: Freight quotes are based on the delivery type selected (Residential vs. Commercial with Forklift). Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible to freight carriers.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Shalam Trust and Optimized Garage provide heavy machinery. We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from improper installation, failure to follow safety protocols, or exceeding rated lifting capacities. Professional installation is highly recommended for all 2-post and 4-post lifts.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including the "Optimized Garage" name, layout, and specialized spec tables, is the property of Shalam Trust and may not be reproduced without written consent.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of McNairy County, TN.
